CTA has a long history of supporting security Certification & Accreditation (C&A) dating back to the late 1980s. While the processes and names have changed, the principles for C&A have not. 

Our experience includes support to government and commercial Certifiers and Accreditors has included various types of engineering documentation tailored to the specific needs of a given client.  Current packages developed include DoD Information Technology Security C&A Process (DITSCAP) and the transition to DoD Information Assurance C&A Process (DIACAP).

Experience

CTA’s recent experience includes development of C&A evidence for F-22 Raptor and F-35 JSF that included a tailored DITSCAP approach.  Additionally, CTA has developed DIACAP C&A evidence supporting various DIACAP phases of Military Health Systems, Minuteman Minimum Essential Emergency Communications Network Program Terminal Equipment and the Mobile Consolidated Command Center program.
